Network Planners need accurate data when considering network expansions while Maintenance Technicians rely on accurate documents and network diagrams to perform their tasks optimally.

The Fiber Configuration Manager (FCM) is a system developed to ensure real-time availability of accurate Fiber Network documentation to assist Planners during design/upgrade phases and field Technicians during maintenance and fault-finding call-outs.

Data, drawings and photos are stored on a virtual private server (VPS) hosting an SQL database and a set of API’s developed for this purpose.

System Administrators configure and update the System via web-based user interface (UI) while field users access network data using an iOS or Android application.
